Default Hi to Jaguar people

I am new here

I have a lot of experience with MKII and XJ6 Series 1

From 2.4 litre MKII to 4.2 litre XJ6 Series one

My specific task is to locate an XJ6 with following specifications

Must be in Southern California

Colour, interior, chrome, cosmetics immaterial

Must be a daily runner with no problems on the moving parts

No Chevy transplants

Series 1 SWB (Short wheel base) Manual preferred but auto is acceptable

Oil pressure of 40 when hot is a must and blue smoke is a nono

Once purchased it will stay with me and is not going to be sold on.

An older license plate is always appreciated.

I hope to see you all in the forums

browse around the XJ6 forum, look for opportunities to ask about your 'perfect' car, and we wish you luck!

Welcome again!

Welcome to the forum Broadcaster!

Oh one other thing you need to put your car details in your signature. I am speaking of the Year, Make & Model. Without it you may not get the input you are looking for.

Please take a moment and read the information provided to you explaining the rules. Be patient and enjoy the site.

Welcome to the forum, a precise list, so what are your plans for the car?

Good luck with the search.
