Hi from sunny Orlando, FL!!
Hi fellow Jag enthusiasts!
I am the new owner of a '98 Jag XJ8, first Jag I've ever owned. Got a steal at $400, but previous owner had busted the radiator and ran it as such till she died (not seized). It's really a project for me (thank the big man I'm mechanically inclined) and I am here to see what awesome advise and pointers I can get!
Looking forward to meeting many of you,
Ramon

Welcome to the forum Ramon,
Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.
you've already been given the link to the X308 forum for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.
Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
You can also visit the US Lower Atlantic Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/usa-lower-atlantic-nc-sc-fl-ga-66/ to find other members in your region.
Enjoy the forums.

Welcome to the forums. Beautiful car, that was the first Jaguar I ever saw and what lead me to buy one finally. My friend bought one back around 2000 and we went to lunch in it several times. His was green though but no matter.
Back in the nineties I spent some time in Orlando at the airport getting my A&P license. Nice place to live.

Glad to see avid and resourceful Jag owners here, I feel like I've found the right forum here. I'm looking forward for solid input from this forum's great members as I work to bring my Jag back to life.
My father had owned a 1990 XJS V12 quite a few years ago and it was one of the most interesting cars I've ever seen and been in. That's when the itch started (to have a Jag of my own).
Btw rhomanski, let me know when you're in town again, I could use a hand or two! LOL
