Hi my name is Johnnie, I’ve been the proud owner of 5 XJ’s . First was a 83 4.2 mk3 , second 2.9 sovereign 89, third 4.0 sovereign 91, fourth 3.6 xj6 manual 90, and now I have a 3.2 V8 2001.
I run my own garage and always have had a love for Jaguars.

 

Can anyone help? I have a 2001 xj executive auto, the problem I have is, radio switches on and powers up but no sound. I’ve checked all the fuses, and I can’t find the amp or wires/ plugs that go to the amp anywhere in the car. Any ideas?

To eliminate the simplest solution first - your have also ROTATED the ON/OFF button clockwise for volume?
