Hey everyone. My name's Alex, and I live in Dallas, TX. I recently purchased a 2003 STR, and I can't stop driving it. I've driven everything from a Chevette, to a G35 coupe, to a lifted Excursion, and this is by far one of the baddest a** rides I have ever taken down the Tollway. The only thing it's lacking is a radar detector, and some self control behind the wheel. Hopefully I'll make it at least 6 weeks before I have to buy new tires.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I've been searching the forum for answers, have come up with more info than I could've possibly hoped for. It is definitely a great resource, with several knowledgeable members.

Hello Alex welcome to the forum. Watch out for the STR boys in the S Section, they will have you modding that ride in no time! Didn't Texas just raise the speed limit, maybe they knew you were getting an STR.
