Hello one and all.
My name is Peter.
I live in Sydney Australia, and I am now the proud owner if a 1976 XJ6.
I got way to excited and bought the car about 4 days ago now, It drove roughly 800m before it came to a halt at a slight incline to the M7 on ramp.
Some clean fuel and some very exciting revs managed to blast all the crap out and get it to a family members house 15mins away. (15mins in the wrong direction)
Ive been to visit her twice now today we got it going to a state where I would happily drive it the 45mins home to my garage.
So in short My names Pete I got over excited and bought a XJ6 I love it to bits and I have no idea what i'm doing!.
PS, she has a bumper i haven't seen before if anyone can shed some light

I can see you've already found your way to the XJ6 Series I, II & III tech forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.
Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
