Default Installing Jag rear end in my bucket

Hello all, I am planning a install of a Jaguar rear end after I rebuild it and clean it up for my T bucket. My questions is what rear end to I actually have? Any help would be great! Thanks!!!

Welcome to the forum Shawn Smith,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

Jaguar used a similar design of IRS across several models and years. Mk X/420G, E-Type, XJ6/XJ12 and XJS. The casting numbers could help members pinpoint it for you. However, do NOT multiple post the same question in the model forums - a repeat in General Tech Help is the best way to get an answer.

Welcome to the Forums.

Agree with Graham on the General Area,

BUT

Those park brake calipers are from a Sedan, the XJS had a different connection for the inner cable to that caliper arm, and it looks RHD Park Brake layout also.

By Sedan, I mean MK10, 420G, S Type, Series 1/2/3, although the 1982ish onward S3 had another tie plate between the lower shocker bolt and the outer hub pivot pin, facing the rear of the car.

Good luck
