Thanks for having me. I'm Andy, I inherited my dads 02 x type 3.0L in Minnesota. I hope your ready for me cause this car needs some work. It's in amazing condition if your just looking at it. I'm a mechanic for a fleet with only Chevy and Ford so I'm new to this. Talk to you all soon I'm sure.

Welcome to the forum Andy,

I can see you've already found the X-Type tech section. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top there is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

Enjoy the forum.

Graham

Hi Andy, welcome to the forum and greetings from the Midwest Region. Glad to have you with us and congrats on the recent acquisition. I hope that actually having Ford experience might make working on this era Jag just a tad easier. But I guess only you will be able to tell us that!

Again welcome and enjoy the drive,
Scott
