Hi,
I'm 54 own a 4L XJ8 first registered in Dec 2000 I'm trying to keep her going on a low budget which can be challenging at times. I used to be quite handy with a spanner but out of practice at getting dirty and modern systems. I knew where I was with points dwell and carburettor jets. I drive HGV's around the UK and occasionally Europe for a living and I have a passion for festivals.
Me and the Jag did Download, Glastonbury, "V," She nearly got burnt out at Boomtown, One Love and HRH. Last year.

Hello,
This place is all about keeping Jags on the road at a low budget. Lots of DIY here.
Someone will be along shortly to direct you to the XJ8 section where other members can tell you all the tricks and short cuts.

Welcome to the forums from ElinorB.
