Jaguar X Type

I need advice please 2005 Jaguar X Type got a code PO 753 Shift Control Solenoid , and also Yellow light Gearbox Fault. I change the Trans Oil once a Year since i have it for about 6 years now.
The vehicle is still in good shape would like to fix it.
