New? Thought I joined 5 or 8 years ago. Anyhow, just got my 9th Jag, a1998 XK8.
I've owned: 1959 XK150, 1963 Mark X, 1963 XKE, 1958 XK150, another 1963 Mark X, 1967 420G, 1993 XJ-S, 1989 XJ-S and my latest, a 1998 XK8.

Hello all:
Been driving Jags for 45 years and just bought my 6th Jag sports car (9th overall), a 1998 XK8 Convertible. Also owned: 1959 XK150 S Type, 1963 Mark X, 1963 XKE, 1958 XK150, another 1963 Mark X, 1967 420G, 1993 XJ-S, 1989 XJ-S, 1998 XK8.

p.s. I learned early on to buy the factory service manuals for my cars and am a competent Jag mechanic, as well as being a particle physicist.

I've merged you two Intro threads. I can't find another possible registration "Cooper" match unless you have relocated from West Virginia.

Please add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
You can also use the US Western Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/us-western-38/ to find other members in your region.
