Hi everyone I'm currently repairing the rust on my xj8 sport 3.2 2002, now this not my first time but being of a certain age I thought my days of rebuilding cars was over?, I do have a back ground in fabrication&coachbuilding but it's been awhile and that was in fully equipped garages or workshops!, this time I'm on the floor with little in the way tools !, but loving every minute(don't tell the wife!), there doesn't seem to be many panels for these cars so I'm making what I can from flat sheet steel 1&2mm as required , just wondered if anybody else has gone this far?(I know madness ! But I do like a challenge !).

Hello, Len,
Owning a Jaguar more than 10 years is Always a challenge, don't you think?
But that's one of the things that draws us to them: they NEED us!

Welcome to the Forums.

Jaguar is another word for "Challenge".

No need to "tell the wife", she already knows, they always do.

Good luck.
