Default mr.

I own a 2008 x type and lately I had trouble with the self starter. To fix the starter we had to disconnect the battery, after which I lost all data. I had to do the PIN number for the radio, the one touch function for the windows, etc. The only thing I did not manage is the anti trap feature for the windows. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome.

I suggest a quickie re-ask in the X Type technical section, where the answers will be.

Welcome to the forum KNARF,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

I thought 'one touch' had to be reset for each window after a battery disconnect but the anti-trap feature doesn't requires activation. Members with X-Types will know better that I do!

Follow this link X-Type ( X400 ) - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the X-Type forum for help, advice and information.
The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
