Default My lil black diamond...

Hi, I'm Rob. Very first time owning a Jag. Kinda bad luck, and good luck all at once I guess. About a month ago took the rest of my tax return to hunt for a more practical kind of transportation. I've always been the type to own my own special kind of thing. Currently in my garage I have 2 matching 2001 Champion Edition R1s, a sick fat decked out 2003 Harley Road King, and a 74 Nova SS with more horsepower/torque to actually list.

Well, I hunted for a month, and found this 2003 Jaguar X-type AWD. 105k miles, clean like crazy, NO dash lights for ONLY 2500... I couldn't believe it. (I do know why now BTW,lol) Bought it right on the spot, only to find out a week later "everything" that could have been worse... was. So, for the past 3 weeks, I've said screw it, I'm stuck with this basketcase, might as well suck it up, and fix it all. Now she's sitting on 20s, Kenwood touch screen, 2 Kicker 12s, Rockford Fosgate 6.5 Primes in all the doors, K&N filter, Borla exhaust, NEW headlight housing, NEW slotted/drilled rotors and brakes, plugs, coil packs, Off Road LED Spot Lights for my driving lights andddddd this week it's shocks and struts. But she really shined up nice. Not as fancy as most you guys... but it's a huge change in style for me. Nice to meet you all.

But, Rob! IT'S BLACK!!
And that's how ALL of us deal with our Jags; we just suck it up and fix it! After you've been here for a while you'll see that Very clearly.

Having successfully completed your First initiation ordeal, Welcome to the forums from ElinorB.
