Default New and Confused

Hi All, I just bought a 1999 XKR here in New Zealand and like many I am looking to improve the exhaust note.
I previously read about removing fuse 19 which can make a difference.
However after reading past forums I looked for the fuse box behind the rear seat however I encountered a panel with no box. Picture below
Keeping in mind I am a novice at this
therefore does removing Fuse 19 help and where is the fuse, if not behind the rear seat.
I appreciate any help

Welcome to the Forums.

I suggest a re-ask in the XK8 (X100) Tech Section.

I am not aware of any fuses to do with the exhaust note on that model??

Good luck.

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

You may be confusing this with removing Fuse 19 on the F-Type.

hi fuse box should be in the trunk next to the battery also under the hood near the windscreen (drivers side on lhd car) WOW was it easy to remove back seat that could be a good thing for me to do as im going to change my fuel pumps through the subwoofer looks like lots more room with that out, by the way no fuse will make any difference to the exhaust note on x100 xk8/xkr
