I am not sure where to do the introduction, but I have owned a 1993 XJS since November 2015 with 115K miles on it. It has the 6 cyl with auto and most everything seems to work properly and is a joy to drive, and has after market wheels that I am not sure I like yet. I am desperate to find an owner's manual online to download, as I do not have the money for the actual manual. I have gotten the alarm/remote key fob to finally work, and am trying to find out what else needs to worked on, hence the desire for the owner's manual. I live in Austin, TX. The forum so far, has been very informative and I look forward to gleaning much more knowledge from it in the future.

Hello,
Luv your username! Many times I've wanted to take a sledge hammer to some recalcitrant item, just on general principles.

If you ask in the XJS section someone might be able to tell you where to find a manual.

Welcome to the forums from ElinorB.

Welcome to the forum sledgemuffin,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

Follow this link XJS ( X27 ) - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the XJS forum for help, advice and information.
The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues. For a wealth of practical information on maintaining and repairing the XJS, I'd recommend Kirby Palm's excellent 'Experience in a Book'. You'll find the link to it there.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You can also visit the US Southwest Region forum by following this link US Southwest - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum
to find other members in your region.

Enjoy the forums.
