We are in Ontario, Canada (Prince Edward County to be exact) ... own a 2002 S-Type 4.0 with approximately 248,000 km. We also have a 1989 XJS (12) Convertible with less than 60,000 miles and two 1987 XJ6. Unfortunately, we seem to be having issues with all four at this time. We owned the S Type for almost 5 years (purchased used in 2007) with no problems whatsoever, but since the start of 2012 our visits to the mechanic have been fairly regular on a monthly basis. Still ... overall it is a great car and we continue to love Jaguars! My husband and I are not very mechanically inclined and any suggestions/advice will be greatly appreciated!

That's some fleet you've got. Sorry to hear there's issues with all four.

Plenty of info available on the forum. Even if you and your husband are not mechanically inclined, many minor issues can be resolved with a bit of help and advice. Let's see if we can reduce the monthly visits to the mechanic!
