Hello, Carlos,
I'm sorry your new Jaguar is using coolant. If it was my car I would strongly suspect a blown head gasket. But I could be wrong and I hope I am.
Someone will be along soon to direct you to the correct section where you can get help and advice for this problem.

Welcome to the forum Carlos,
Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.
Modern Jaguars should never lose or use coolant and that is a tremendous quantity. You should add which engine option you have in your model.

Welcome neighbor. A 2012 XJL here in Texas is most probably the 5.0L. Its well known on this engine the water pump only lasts 15K to 50K miles before it starts leaking. Also there's a whole bunch of cooling system parts made of the infamous PA66 material that after so many heat cycles will crumble to dust if you touch it with a feather. I haven't worked on a XJL in particular, but I assume it has a full engine undertray like the XF which if its leaking, could explain why you don't see dripping on the ground. Lets hope its just a leaking component and not a headgasket. Chances are good since there's lot's of posts about cooling system leaks vs very few about headgasket failure.
