New to the forum, but not to Jags
...well, fairly new, anyway. Bought an '09 XF Supercharged summer '08, just sold it, and now am a proud owner of a '10 XFR. Scary car - can get away from you if you aren't paying attention.
About me - my name is Greg, I live in Cincinnati, OH - but born and raised in Moscow, RU. Been in the States since 1989, finished college (UC) here, worked in the financial sector for a while, until I got bored with it. What followed was a dream come true - I turned my hobby into a profession. Been collecting mechanical (mostly Swiss) watches since 2nd grade, now I do it for a living!
So - look froward to participating here, looks like there are some great folks and a wealth of knowledge.

In Love with an automobile...what a wonderful feeling!
It's just awesome to hear from other jag owners, and other car owners, for that matter, that they too are 'in love' with their cars! Some people (not to mention some of our wives) just don't get this obsession. The feeling a fine tuned automobile gives one when its all cleaned up, running tight and slipping through the wind,,,,,what a feeling....I can swear, it almost talks to you if you treat it right! LOL It's wonderful to know I'm not alone,,,the only guy, or gal, for that matter, who actually falls in love with an inanimate object! Ain't it grand! Owner of an 2003 S type which is soon to be delivered from cross country in about a week. Can't wait! I hear it calling my name,,,,and purring LOL
