Hey All,

Bill H. here from sunny Spokane WA. Recently purchased a 1987 Jaguar XJ6. So far so good. I bought it about 5 hours from my home and had rented a flat bed trailer to bring it home on, of course u-haul rented that trailer so I had to dolly it home which meant I got to disconnect the drive shaft, big fun with minimal tools. Anyway, the project has been fun so far. Put some new brake lines on it. Just ordered all the parts to redo the rear suspension, the front was done prior to purchasing. Had a heck of a time hunting down a replacement power antenna, of course this series doesn't allow one to just replace the mast and cable. And I have a bit of an engine oil leak that needs investigating. Outside of that the car is solid, everything works, minimal rust (bit on the hood), just needs some TLC and updating. Glad to be part of the forum and look forward to picking your jag familiar brains when I hit a road block.
