Just purchased a 2002 X-Type 2.5, one owner, low milage, and always garaged.

I was a little nervous about buying because I have heard Jaguar was not the most reliable car and this is my daily driver. After doing a little research and some searching on here I went for it.

In my experience a well maintained car is as reliable as any other.

Then again, having recovery on speed dial, is also fairly reliable.
