Hello all,
I have actually been using the forum for years as a guest and finally got around to registering. My cats are:
- 2001 XK8 4.0L ragtop with 65,000 miles and an Arden body kit which I have owned about ten years now.
- 2003 X-type 2.5L (about 60,000 miles) which we bought new in 2002 for my wife. Our experience with the car has been unusual in that the car has been perfectly dependable up to this point!
Both cats are down right now with fuel pump issues (replacement), so I will be starting those repairs myself this weekend. Gonna do the wife's car first (for obvious reasons!), then tackle my XK8. I am a former NAISE-certified mechanic and do all the work on my jag. Any tips on these repairs are appreciated.
