Hi all,
I already posted my question about a 2.8 Series 1 XJ6 and I have been asked to post an intro here.
Jag lover for many years, my Dad owned a 2.4 Mk2 and I briefly had a Series 2 XJ6 4.2, in the 90’s she was a bit of wreck though!
Currently have a 2001 X200 S-Type, 3.0 Sport manual which I’ve been improving as a rolling restoration. A good example of an underrated car. Along with 2 Discoveries, an MGF and a new Transit Custom.
I have a hankering for a classic Jag now, ideally S-Type, MK2 or Series 1 XJ. So keeping my eyes peeled. I’ve found a potential 2.8 Series 1, but it may have come a bit too soon!
Thanks in advance for any help
All the best, Russ

Welcome to the forum Russ,
Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.
I can see you've already found your way to the XJ6 & XJ12 Series I, II & III forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.
You can also visit the UK & Eire Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/uk-eire-68/ to find other members in your region.
Enjoy the forums and the search for your Jaguar.
