Default New member: 2014 f type -- looking to do first oil change!

Hi all, from CA and just bought a second hand 2014 v8 f type. super excited to own this car. Ive been doing a lot of research on the car for months before purchase so finally found one i liked. the last oil change that was done was several months ago so I plan to do an oil change now. Does anyone NOT recommend the regular castrol syntec edge oil? I read in the desciption it does have titanium tech additives but not sure if its the same one in the castrol pro oil that everyone recommends to use. Any thoughts on just using this: https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/r...dc96c8b6a87b27

Thanks you!

Welcome to the forums taimysho0,

Jaguar Dealer servicing is so low cost here in England that I no longer even think about doing my own oil changes. However, although you don't give a Location, I see you are posting from California and the same is unlikely to apply there.
