Just getting around to joining the forum. Just purchased a 2016 f type R convertible in ammonite gray. Had one purchase attempt where private seller of a low mileage 2014 convertible in Italian racing red sold to a dealer after accepting my offer. What a loser. ended up working out as ‘unhinged’ and ‘Mbourne’ had the dealership put this beast on the lift to inspect before purchasing. Very thankful I had 2 f type owners help with the purchase. The retired widows in my neighborhood love the car, so I got that going for me! Lol. Seriously, this car is unbelievable. People want to ask about it at every stop light. Don’t know if I just want to look at all day and keep it as a garage queen or drive all day from 0-60 over and over again.

 

BTW, this is my second jag. Also currently own a F pace 3.5t in BRG

Welcome fellow P450 owner to be. I just picked up my P450 R-Dynamic convertible a few weeks ago. It was sitting in the show room. I went up to test drive an older F-Type, base model convertible. I did not like the ride and the dealer showed me this brand new arrival F-Type, just the day before arrived. The rest is history. Love this car for cruising it is a blast. It did not come with a windscreen, weird. I ordered it separately and will be picking it up in the morning. You have time to order one. The wait is worth it, although, I literally walked into the dealer and bought it one day after it arrived. I hope your delivery time comes fast. I was told the F-types, any version, are pretty rare breeds. My color is Carpathian Gray with red leather interior.
