I recently purchased 08 X type 2.2 Automatic. I have had problems with over accelerating and hard braking. Glow plug light comes on and car goes into limp mode. Dangerous on motorway. Garage put it on computer and could find no fault code. Has anybody had the same problem and if so what is the answer?

I have recently purchased an x type 2.2 automatic 2008 with 70k on the clock. Always wanted to own a Jag and have now realised my ambition.
I seem to be having trouble with the Turbo Actuator and may be looking for some advice later. I look forward to continue reading contributions from other Jag owners.
