Hi, I am Jeff Oglethorpe, I Live in Hampshire in the UK.
I own a 2013 Jaguar XF Sportbrake.
I have a question, I use my Sportbrake to tow my Caravan, and although all of the legal towing criteria have been met, I get a sort of se-saw action whilst towing on minor roads.
Has anyone else out there had a similar problem, and if so how was it fixed?

Welcome. Never towed anything with a car (here in Texas, we all have pickup trucks), but it sounds like even though the total trailer weight is within limits, maybe you've got more weight on the tongue than the suspension can handle. Maybe look into a weight-distributing hitch. I've only seen weight distributing hitches on 3/4 ton trucks with really big trailers, but looking online, there are smaller ones for small trailers too. https://www.etrailer.com/faq-weightdistribution.aspx
