Purchased an 84 xj6 this weekend. Kind of an impulse buy but it checks of one of my bucket list items.
I've owned lots of cars but never a Jag..Not sure what I am in for.
The previous owner had a lot of (expensive) work done to the car but i still needs a lot of detail work.
I live in a small town in Northern Nevada with no Jag mechanics within spitting distance, or even a few hundred miles. I plan on doing my own mechanics.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to participating on this forum.

Welcome to the forum zdmz,
Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.
I can see you've already found your way to the XJ6 & XJ12 Series I, II & III forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.
You can also visit the US Western Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/western-us-ak-ca-nv-ut-hi-wa-id-38/ to find other members in your region.
Enjoy the forums.
