First time Jag owner....have wanted one since I was 17 and saw an '85 XJ with a Corvette conversion. Now, with 25 more years of wisdom, I opted for a complete and pristine black 2001 XJ8 4.0 Vanden Plas with 80K on the odometer. It is the finest machine I've ever put my hand to. It's mostly for the Mrs., however. I still get to daily the old F-250. I've already used this forum to diagnose and correct some cylinder misfires and get some direction on replacing the antenna (she already ran it thru the carwash with the radio on!!!) THANK YOU. Figured I'd join officially and be apart of the team. See you in the threads!!!
