Greetings all! I’m introducing myself as a new member, my name is Alan, or Mr AC as most refer to me. I’m a new owner of an older vehicle that I’ve always wanted, a 2004 XJ8 (x350). Mine came by way of a friend that had owned numerous Jags, he happened to be garaging this silver sedan for 14 years, only using for limited use. It has 43,000 and has been garaged with trickle charger and on blocks for years. It will be a project car for me to mold Into my vision of a slightly secret agent worthy / drug kingpin style of a sedan.... loooign forward to finally having a British ride after years of German sedans and roadsters
I wondered why your post should have been automatically locked for moderation until I read about your future ambitions in the murky world of narcotics. Whatever happened to the good old days when Jaguars were the vehicle of choice for armed bank robbers.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
