Brand new to this forum but have been reading others posts for awhile now.
Never thought I would own a Jaguar but was led to the X-Type while looking for an inexpensive used AWD car.
Who would have thought a Jaguar could be my choice.
It sometimes snows in Winter here so I began looking at Subaru and Audi.
I found that Audi's were not as reliable as I would have liked and Subaru's were usually beaten or over priced so now I am the proud owner of a 2005 X-Type 3.0 VDP.
What a beautiful car. Our other 4x4/AWD is a 2000 Dodge Durango that my wife and I both love very much but now we draw straws over who gets to drive the Jag.
I would have never found out about the X-Type or have been able to do any research on this car if it were not for this forum.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
