New member from Norfolk Virginia.
Hello all,
Bought a 1986 XJS when I worked as a car salesman out in Virginia Beach. Got the car from a guy in Newport News Virginia. Drove the car daily for over a year. When I got laid off I went back to college. Drove it primarily in the winter and drove a 1982 Fiat on the nice days in summer and spring. I've never owned a car newer than this Jaguar. Recently been doing a lot of work on the Jag to get her back into fighting shape. Been struggling a bit with it but I'm sure I'll find the right help here.

Thanks for the welcome. I'm already getting some now. My jag is my daily driver and it wouldn't start much at all today. I'm just glad it's such a welcoming and helpful community since I'm rather a poor college student at the moment.

I can see you've already found your way to the XJS tech forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.
Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
