Default New member OBDII question

Hello all. This is my first post/visit here, although I frequent other forums including those for other marques (Triumph).
Among the Jags we currently run, is our 97 XJ6L (wife's), which is up for the smog test here in CA this year.
Although she (the Jag), passes the emissions test, the EVAP and CAT monitors will not reset. The battery has not been disconnected and we have done around 400 of miles of driving since the emissions testing.
Any thoughts or ideas from anyone will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
