Hey everyone, I'm Alex and I have a 2002 Jaguar X-type. Some stats on my car, 2.5L with the 5 speed manual option, and the sport package. It has 130k miles, and going up at about 8k per year. Purchased at roughly 68k.

I joined because my car is at the age where it is starting to need little things to stay competitive with the winter here in Wisconsin, U.S. The body looks perfect, but this last winter it spent about a month in my garage being town apart for fixes. It did not handle the Negative 20 degree winter well.

Recently replaced rear struts, rear driver side axle, and water pump pulley belt.

The problem I am now having is with the Clutch/Brake fluids in the car. It is very hard to get in any gears, I believe due to the slave cylinder, and now the brakes are basically out. Not leaking anything, so it leads me to believe the master cylinder has possibly failed.

Hoping to get it running strong again, I have told many people that she will see 200k miles before I let her up.
Hope to meet some cool people on here, and help or receive help with Jaguar related issues.
