Hello, my name is Lafe. I live in a small town in southern Illinois, called Lawrenceville. I have owned a couple of Jaguars in the past- 1986 Jaguar XJS, and a 1996 Jaguar XJ6 VP. I have since moved on to other vehicles and found new homes for my old jewels. I recently purchased a "new" 2011 Jaguar XF. I bought it knowing that it had a salvage/flood title from New York State. It only has approximately 12,000 miles on it, but I'm not sure if I might be getting over my head with my new endeavor. I hope that since I have joined, I may be able to get some advise from later model Jaguar owners, as to what I may have to do to get this "new" jewel on the road again.

Anyway, thanks for having me onboard, and hope to talk to some new people soon.

Lafe
