Hell eveyone!

How exciting this is. Just got the engine running on my 70,000km Black 1990 XJS V12 coupe so I figured it was time to make an account!

This car has quite the story! It was imported to Japan from somewhere in Europe. From there it was imported into BC Canada and sold to a stripper!
The car broke down on her and sat for 5 years before I picked it up. I've had it for a year and Covid has finally given me the time to work on it. Turns out the ignition system was the cause. Fired her up a month ago! Now the restoration begins.

This is my first car so I expect many challenges ahead. Lots of learning, lots of fun!

Yep, Jaguar CAN be quite selective who they will allow as caretakers, clearly the "stripper" was not one of them.
