New from Minnesota
Hey all,
My wife has an 89 XJS Convertible that she bought 7 years ago, but has only driven it for a few months before it was parked for repairs. Now it's my turn to be the hero, with the help of you all of course, and get this car back on the road. Welcome to the journey!
If anyone is in the north Twin Cities, MN metro, or knows of resources local to the that area, you could be Co-Hero in this story!

Welcome to the forums Craig,
I always recommend careful thought and planning before jumping into Jaguar restoration but seven years could be stretching a point.
Follow this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/xjs-x27-32/ to the XJS forum for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues. You can also use the US Midwest Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/us-midwest-39/ to find other members in your region.
Please read the guidance for new members ( https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/n...ned-up-241802/ ) which answers many of the most frequent questions about getting started.
Enjoy the forums.

Welcome Craig,
Fellow Minnesotan here and good to see a neighbor on the forum. with respect to repairs i only take my vehicles to Expedition Auto in St. Louis Park, they also could probably assist with resources for any restoration work. Kent
