Default New Owner of a 2004 S-Type in Missouri

Good evening, all. My name is Paul, and I'm a proud new owner of a 2004 S-Type with just under 97,000 miles on it. I had set out to buy a cheap little car for my kids to drive (I have 4 teenagers, plus one soon-to-be teenager). I found this car, and my strategy changed slightly. I decided to treat myself, and let them continue to drive my Kia.

I'm about 10 days into ownership, and I'm enjoying the ride quite a bit. I've discovered a couple little issues with the car, but this forum has already helped me find some solutions.

My other ride is a 2012 Yamaha Stryker, which I ride to work most of the time. I'm not expecting the Jag to accumulate too many miles, although my wife has taken a liking to it already, as well.

I look forward to getting to know many of you!

Welcome.

SMART move on the Kia.

It will have more hits than Elvis, before the last finishes with it. Been there.

Hmm.... drive Jag or KIA? No question which one I would choose!

Thanks, all! ElinorB, I think you may be right. Luckily, I'm up earlier in the morning than her, so I usually win out. Maybe we'll need to start shopping for another one. Rain in Kansas City today means I left the two-wheeler at home, and I'm "stuck" in the Jag. Woe is me.
