Hi Chaps,

All the best from a new 1989 Jaguar XJ-S V12 convertible driver from Switzerland! The LHD cat has 70k+ km and a veteran license. It's my 2nd Jag. This one is currently being serviced during the winter break (oil leakage fixes, new filters, belts, new cooler, etc). And: I just ordered the twin-headlamps kit and the Hella fog-lights. I think that's it for now.

Beautiful car, Marc! Welcome to the group! I'm curious, what is the gas mileage on those V12s?

 

Thanks Gyro! My feeling is that I refuel twice for the same distance, compared to my other cars.

What I like the most when driving the XJS is that I literally smoothly flyover speed-break bumpers that the city installed to annoy car drivers while SUV drivers almost lift-off when they try to follow me...
