Hi everyone , Ive just bought my very first Jag , a 2004 x-type diesel estate , only having it a week have noticed a few problems , one of them seems quite a common one the temp gauge reading low , changed the oil/filter and air filter today , seemed to improve the reading a small amount also runs a lot smoother , is it ok to use pattern parts on the Jag , or have i bought another car where only oem only parts work , cheers

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
