Newbie from Sweden looking for my first Jag
Hello!
Simply put: I have always twisted my head when passing a Jaguar, but not been in a position to own one.
Thats about to change now! Many models are of interest (exept the 'hidden' Mondeo ...)
Currently I am looking at a XJ8 from 2001 with 210'000 km (131'000 miles) on the meter.
Any info on this model is of course much appreciated!

Average guy from middle of Sweden with good general understanding of cars, mechanics & engines.
Additionally - I have a dear friend that owns a garage/workshop and he has an abundance of knowledge and tools
(He's a Rover owner today, but hes in for a Jaguar too). I complement his skills with my deeper knowledge of electronics
and in particular the use of ODB and an oscilloscope for certain troubleshooting.
This became undispensible while owning a couple of Ford Mondeo's ...
Today I drive a Volvo S80 from 1999 that soon turn 400' kms.
