Hi Guys

Years ago when I was a lad I vowed to myself that I would get an E type Jaguar. Sadly they're out of reach from me (and my ability to mend anything mechanical) so I bought the next best thing, a 5.0L XK Heritage Special Edition. Jaguar brought out this model to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the E Type, with Jaguar Heritage logos on the wheel caps, sills and seats, with it nearly all being dechromed in Cherry Black Metallic. I usually go on some great country runs with the other forums including Pistonheads, as well as showing the car at the Jaguar Day at Doune every year.

Regrets .... trying to keep a black car clean in Scottish weather, whatever the time of year.

Rewards.... Too many to mention in joining the Jaguar family again after many years of German cars. Also keeping the family tradition alive after my father owned the Mark 1 and Mark 3 Jaguars in the early sixties, one of which I fell out of in a corner when I was a nipper.... those push forward door locks and no seatbelts were a menace in those days :-)
