Hello, after I found a lot of useful tips and hints in the forum already just roaming through it as guest I thought it's finally time to join and get a name here.
My XJ8 is one of the first X350 from mid 2003 but is all alive and kicking with its >316.000 km. Well, the gearbox seems to need an overhaul now, but that seems acceptable after the mileage and then we'll be looking forward to the next 300 Mm!
The beauty runs on LPG with an LPi from Vialle, so if anyone is interested in some first-hand experience on how to drive a 4.2L V8 on less than 9€ per 100km without any loss in power or speed, I'm happy to share mine.

I've heard of cars that ran on LPG, but haven't seen any "in the flesh."
