Smile Old Jag New owner

Happy New Year to All,
I am from Washington State, USA. I finally own a blue 1997 XK8 Convertible Jaguar. It is a 94k miles old. I always wanted a Jaguar but i could never afford one until now (i think). i am hoping that my decision of owning one is not a mistake. I am looking forward on hearing from you all, hoping to be able to exchange knowledge and experiences with your Jaguar.

Sincerely,
asongpula

Welcome aboard. Glad to have you! If you don't mind getting your hands dirty and turning the occasional wrench, I predict you'll find the experience quite affordable and most rewarding! If you have to hire most things done, it may be a bit more dicey, in the end coming down to how lucky you are to get a good one with minimal "personality" as-it-were. In either case, search out a good independent tech in your area with familiarity in the mid-to-late 90's Jags. Failing that, I believe we have several very helpful members out in your section of the Republic.
