With my car I have a problem that happened two days ago, I remained on the ground with a flat battery and in order to recharge it I had to disconnect it from the terminals and take it to the bench, when it was recharged and mounted on the car, it turned on immediately but I noticed that both the smart key and the buttons on the interior of the car the locks did not lock anymore. I am not very experienced with jlr sdd but I have the v138 version and I made a diagnosis and I believe that the keys I have the kvm module no longer communicate. Do you think this is possible? As soon as I can I send photos of what I noticed with sdd v138
In your opinion, what are the procedures to solve my problem thank you all.

When you remove / charge / replace the battery, the only settings lost should be window drop limits and possibly radio pre-sets. The Smartkey should not be affected. Did you try "docking" the Smartkey?

Hello everyone and thanks for your kind welcome, obviously spare and thanks for the advice, today I wanted to see if by chance my problem is due to the loss of data by the kvm. My question is: why does the car turn on and the locks no longer work? the kvm recognizes the key otherwise the car would not start and there would be a key not found alarm or am I wrong? today I do a test to reconfigure the keys but sdd tells me this, what to do?
