Default Windshield detached from hood

My XKR convertible 2010 is well maintained, just 13000 KM, parked always indoor garage. Just noticed that the back windshield is detached from the hood.
Is this allowed from Jaguar ?
Can this be repaired ?
At Jaguar dealer or at a specialist of such service ?
