x type

Hi Everyone I am wanting to buy a x type estate 2.0d
but a garage has told me to stay clear of the X type because they have a problem with the diesel pump breaking up
I have asked lots of other people but they know nothing of this problem
most people say its the best car they have ever had ?
if anyone can give me the goods & the bad about the x type
or any tips on what to watch out for when buying an X type

Just helped my son get into a 56 plate X type diesel.....she's a beauty and he's over the moon.
