Good day everybody,

My name is Christoph, 35 years old, trained automotive mechatronics engineer.

Ever since I was able to work in a workshop for British classics, the whole topic has never left my mind.

15 years passed. Now I have purchased an XJ8.

Data, facts, background:

X308 4.0, delivered on August 1st, 2001 at Jaguar in Ravensburg/Germany.
Now bought second hand with around 72,000km.
Short wheelbase, BRG on black leather.
Sunroof, sports seats, factory sports suspension, Celtic wheels.

Yes, various repaintings. However, it doesn't bother me as much in a 24 year old car.

I look forward to a lively exchange.
