FS[MidWest]: 1995 XJR gauging interest
I'm considering selling my '95 XJR, I just have way too many cars and have to let some go. Don't need to sell it and I guess I don't care if I don't. Anyhow, first production year for forced induction. Newer Eaton M90, spider hose, head gasket and timing chains/guides/tensioner a few years ago. 30hp shot of NOS (bottle is currently empty). Paint is still shiny though due to poor quality windshield replacement prior to my ownership some surface rust around windshield frame. Some clearcoat peel on decklid, right dogleg has small bubble. Interior is ok, good for age I suppose. 150k ish miles. This is a great driver quality car, for the 300 enthusiast it would be a great candidate for a resto. I have no idea what to even ask for it, offers?? Car is in the metro Detroit area.
I just bought a Trans Am that was too good of a deal to pass on. I now have way too many cars and not enough space. Come take a look at it, make me a reasonable offer and take her home. I really want this car to go to a good home.
The car had some pretty awful afternarket wheels on it when I bought it (which I still have). The amount I have invested into just the correct wheels with the tires would be a third of my asking price. It'd be better to buy the whole car at that point.

I had actually only sprayed it a few times. It was a very modest shot so it only gave a very minimal "seat of the pants" feel. I got such a good deal on a 308R I just kind of lost interest in going any further with this car. I will be offering my '03 VDP to the community very soon. Just waiting for the weather to be more reasonable to button up the last few things.
