E type\ XKE item - Hot Air Duct Assembly
The part was restored - cleaned and been painted in new high temp paint.
I'm not sure what it fit to so please make sure and double check before biding.
It came off from my 1971 E type S2 4.8 I6 so I know it fit this car for sure.

Just FYI, this is not a rare part. XJ's used them, and junk yards would have lots.
