Default 02 S Type 4.0 stumbles getting up to speed

Hello all, I have an 02 S Type 4.0. No engine codes, starts fine, However she stumbles trying to get up to speed and only wants to reach 3000rpm. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Also what is CATS Fault??

Low fuel pressure from the pump, or a partially blocked fuel filter perhaps? You might want to check the fuel pressure at the schrader value on the fuel rail...

CATS is the electronically controlled/dynamic damper system in your car's suspension.

Damp or failing coils would be one of the the first things I would check. They don't always trigger a fault code.

Before taking up the suspension issue, were you able to get your acceleration issue sorted...? If so, what was the solution...?

Default 02 S Type stumbles

After making sure the battery had all its cranking amps and charge I unplugged it and reset the computer. No more codes and sounds great. I’ll take her out later today and see if she’ll perform right. I did replace a filter too so fingers crossed.
still coming up CATS Fault but that’s it. She does ride rough being stuck in track mode. Is there a fuse that might be bad?

That's cleared the OBD monitors (used for smog tests and proper running), fuel trims, etc.

Look out for P1000 turning to P1111 and if it doesn't soon then you may be in Catch-22 where it can no longer set the monitors in order to flag codes. Hopefully won't happen.
